  • Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • International Orders: Delivery can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination country.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unexpected delays from the courier.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over RS 10000 within Pakistan.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under 10000 PKR, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

  • International Shipping: International shipping costs will vary based on the destination. You can check the shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order status on the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only for domestic orders.

  • Some regions or countries may not be eligible for international shipping. Please check the available shipping options during checkout.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information.
